Units in Highland Park's newest affordable housing project are still a
month or more away from being occupied, but potential tenants and
future homeowners are anxious to move in.
The Hyacinth Place project, at 500 Hyacinth Place, is composed of 14 total units, four rental and 10 owner-occupied townhouses. The project was built not only with an eye to an affordable purchase price but also affordable ownership.
